INDIVIDUAL STUDIOS

Individual Studios require a 1-year lease. Rent is based on square footage. There is one private studio and 4 semi-private studios with 24/7 access. 

An open/shared space in the room is perfect for large projects, meetings, art classes, group art projects, game nights and meetings. There are tables and chairs for up to 8 people.

There is no janitorial service. Artists are responsible for cleaning their own space as well as cleaning up the sink and kitchen amenities after each use. Cleaning supplies are provided.

There is a buffet to keep coffee/tea and nonperishable foods.
