Classroom/Event Rentals ($15-$20 per hour/Minimum of 3 hours)

Our open studio area is perfect for art classes, group art projects, large projects, game nights and meetings. And we have FREE and ample parking! There are tables and chairs for up to 24 people. Rental includes the open flex space, microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee bar area, and one indoor sign display. (Project/art or coffee supplies are not provided. We DO provide paper for covering the tables.) The classroom is available during PARC’s normal business hours (9am-10pm daily). When calculating your rental time, please make sure you include any necessary set-up or clean-up time.

We welcome most media, with the exception of any process or materials that could potentially contaminate another artist’s work. Click to read our additional guidelines.

If you are teaching less than 4 people or a multi-session course, depending on your activity, a discount may be offered.

Janitorial services are not available. All projects, material, and public work areas must be cleaned up before leaving for the day. We try to make it easy for you by providing a vacuum, steam mop and broom in the cleaning cabinet. Paper towels, trash bags and other cleaning supplies are also provided.
